We provide everything necessary for your session, including professional clean linen service, high-quality oils, uplifting relaxing music and any additional equipment. Just provide a quiet large enough space for a massage set up.

Bookings are handled exclusively online through our website.  Appointments can be made by simply  choosing your preferred service, date, and time. And you are all set. A deposit is required to secure your booking.

After setting up, we'll conduct a brief consultation to tailor your treatment. During this time, we'll ask a few health-related questions to ensure your safety and well-being as well as discuss any specific questions you may have. Once everything is tailored to your preferences, you can relax and enjoy a spa-quality experience in the comfort of your own space. 

We appreciate your cleanliness prior to session.  A warm shower beforehand will help your muscles and enhance your experience. Stay hydrated before and after your massage. Kindly inform your therapist of any concerns or medical conditions before your massage. We are here to listen and ensure your well-being safety first and foremost.

Avoid heavy meals or eating too much close to your massage appointment. Avoid alcohol, caffeine  or any chemical substances that may impair relaxation or focus.

We accept all major credit cards, electronic payments. 

A 25% deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward the cost of your service.

Deposits are non-refundable for cancelation made less than 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellation with more than 24 hours notice  will allow you to apply the deposit for future bookings.  Late cancellations or no-shows will incur the full service charge.

15-20 mins before your scheduled session to ensure everything is set up and ready. This ensures you can fully relax and ensures you enjoy your massage without feeling rushed.

Same-day appointments may be available depending on therapist availability. However, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure your referred time and service.
